This wine was neither made by mistake nor by chance: it is the result of both a thoughtful plot selection and careful cultural practices.
This 100% Merlot rosé is made by direct pressing of the grapes in stainless-steel tanks which are kept at a very low temperature during the whole vinification process.
This Rosé is produced in Organic Agriculture and in Biodynamic conversion.
A rosé full of freshness, elegance and purity, which is reflected in its packaging: it comes in 6 different bottles with a glass stopper – the very height of aesthetic sophistication!
