Just like a” kiddo” this wine is young, vigorous and it speaks honestly!
We release it just 6 months after the harvest and it is sulphur-free …pure fruit goodness in a bottle!!
The Marmot is the fruit of our Castillon terroir, where we also grow its older brother, Château La Brande.
The 2020 vintage is a blend of grapes from 2 plots : 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Franc
which were respectively harvested on the 21st and 27th of September.
CERTIFED IN ORGANIC FARMING – FR BIO 01 AND IN BIODYNAMIC CONVERSION
Natural wine-making process :
alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, native yeast, no oenological additives…
Fruit only !
